How much notice for you need for cupcakes, bento boxes or mini cakes?
As always as much notice as possible is preferred and ideally 1 week but cupcakes and other bakes can normally be made within 1-2 days notice depending on the design.
What deposit is required for cupcakes, bentos and mini cakes?
For orders over £25 a £20 deposit is requested, for orders under this full payment is required at time of booking.
When should I collect my order?
For cupcakes we always advise collecting as close to the day of eating as possible so they are freshly made for you. For mini cakes as these are fully covered in buttercream, these can be collected further in advance.
Do you offer matching cupcakes to my celebration cake?
Yes! We can make matching cupcakes to any celebration or wedding cake ordered.
Can you cater for allergies?
We can do gluten and dairy free cupcakes at request, but please note as we work from our home kitchen there will always be a chance of 'may contain' as we use both gluten and dairy daily.
Please note all our bakes also may contain nuts and soya although we take every precaution to prevent this.
Do you offer cupcakes for events like Mother's Day or Father's day?
Yes! We offer cupcakes or bento boxes for all major events throughout the year! They will available to order online around 1 month before. Prices are slightly cheaper than our custom cupcakes and bentos, and we offer free delivery to the local area for these events
